When Will You Ship My Order?

We understand you want to enjoy your wholesale bag order as soon as possible for your promotional event or personal use, and we work hard to make this happen. If your order is received before 2:00 PM ET, we will ship it that same business day. If your order is placed after 2:00 PM ET (11:00 AM PST), it will ship the following business day. Please note that weekends and U.S. holidays are not considered business days.

Customization orders (orders with your logo): We aim to ship your customized order within 7–10 business days after your approval of the digital proof (mock-up). However, some orders may take longer during peak seasons or for large quantities.

You may experience a delay of one or two business days during peak shipping periods such as holidays or major events. If any issues occur that may delay your shipment, we will contact you by phone or email.

When Will I Receive My Order?

TotebagFactory.com uses the best carriers in the business to ensure your order arrives on time. We deliver within 1 to 5 business days in the 48 contiguous United States.

Transit time to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is typically 3 to 7 business days.

What Are Your Shipping Rates?

We don’t just offer great quality items at wholesale prices — we offer great shipping rates too.

If your order is under $300.00, we ship anywhere* in the continental U.S. for a flat rate of $14.95. If your order is over $300.00 (before tax), you’ll enjoy free shipping*, automatically applied during checkout for your convenience.

*Free ground shipping applies to standard shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.

All international shipments (e.g., Canada, Europe, Australia) may be subject to duty, tax, brokerage, and other customs fees. Customers are responsible for all such charges.

How Can I Track My Shipment?

We will send delivery updates to your registered email, including statuses such as In Transit, Out for Delivery, Delivered, Failed Delivery Attempt, or Exceptions.

You can also input your tracking number or view tracking info with one click on your order history page.

Can You Ship Outside of the U.S.?

Yes, we ship to Canada, most European countries, and Australia.

*International customers are responsible for all customs, duties, brokerage fees, and taxes. These are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Check with your country’s customs office or shipping provider (UPS/FedEx/USPS) to estimate additional costs. These fees are usually collected upon delivery or pickup and are not additional shipping charges.

Courier Lost My Package! What Should I Do?

We’re very sorry to hear your shipment may have experienced an issue with the courier. While ToteBagFactory is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by shipping carriers, we’re still here to help.

Please contact us right away so we can file a claim with the courier. Our claims policy allows up to 3 business days from the delivery date to initiate a claim. Based on the outcome, we’ll either issue a refund or arrange for redelivery.
