Screen printing, full-color printing, and embroidery prices cover the service only. Add your blank bags to the cart separately. Edge-to-edge orders include both the bag and printing.

Tote Bag Printing and Embroidery Services

Promote your business, celebrate a family reunion, or create a memorable gift with your logo or artwork printed or embroidered on a tote bag.

Adding a design to a tote bag makes it a thoughtful gift or a practical promotional item. Our printing and embroidery services help bring your ideas to life for business promotions, weddings, family reunions, birthdays, and more.

Screen printing requires at least 24 bags, and embroidery requires 12. Full-color printing has no minimum. Edge-to-edge printing requires at least 100 bags.

Screen printing, full-color printing, and embroidery can be applied to one or both sides. For both sides, double the service quantity while keeping the bag quantity the same. For example, for 100 bags printed on both sides, add 100 bags and a print service quantity of 200 to your cart.

Screen printing supports up to five colors in a single design. On the screen printing service page, select the number of colors in your artwork. For example, choose three colors for a three-color design, since the number of colors affects the printing price. Embroidery thread colors can be changed at no additional cost.

After checkout, email the logo or artwork you want to use to customization@totebagfactory.com. We’ll help bring your design to life.

There are no setup fees for screen printing, full-color printing, or embroidery. Screen printing and embroidery accept JPG, TIF, PSD, AI, and BITMAP files. For full-color printing, EPS, AI, CDR, PDF, or PNG files with a transparent or white background are preferred. There is also no additional flash-curing fee for screen printing on dark bags.

Screen printing orders ship within 7–10 days after you approve the design. For full-color printing and embroidery, allow 7–10 days for your order to ship. Please allow additional time for delivery.
